We use the data solely to respond to your enquiry, to carry out the requested service (e.g. property technical pre-screening, providing a quote), and for pre-contractual communication. The legal basis for the processing is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), and the taking of steps necessary for the performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
4. Retention period
We retain the data you provide until your enquiry is resolved, or — if a contract is concluded — for as long as our contractual and accounting obligations apply, but no longer than the period required by applicable law.
5. Data transfers
We do not transfer or sell your data to any third party. Data provided as part of the property condition assessment is seen only by the expert colleague carrying out the assessment, for the purpose of delivering the service.

Beyond the minimal, session-related settings necessary for it to function, our website does not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

You have the right to request information about the data we hold on you, to request its correction, erasure or restriction of processing, to object to the processing, and to exercise your right to data portability.
