We prepare the results of the on-site inspection within a few hours, or at most within 5 business days, depending on the size of the property and the package chosen.

Which packages can I choose from?

The Rapid Screening Package for an initial screen, the Decision Support Package with an on-site inspection and assessment, and the Full Assessment Package with a detailed technical inspection and renovation cost estimate.

Is the service available nationwide?

Yes, our service is available nationwide, though call-out fees may vary by region. We adapt flexibly to our clients' needs.

Does the service include a cost estimate?

The cost estimate is part of the Full Assessment Package. This requires a detailed needs assessment.

How does booking an appointment work?

Appointments can be booked online or by phone. Our expert will accompany you to the chosen property at a mutually agreed time.
